| 48 hour trial period: Contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will refund your money in full upon receipt of the item. The refund does not include shipping charges, and you are responsible for return shipping.
15 day store credit: Contact us within 15 days of purchase, and upon receipt of the item, you will receive store credit for the full purchase amount, not including shipping charges.
No refunds will be given on custom orders.
Shipping damage: We do our best to package our instruments and other items well. However, despite our best efforts, shipping damage can occur. If this happens, contact us right away, and we will file a claim with the shipper. If the claim is approved, the shipper will send us reimbursement for damages, and we will forward the reimbursement on to you. We cannot reimburse you until we get payment from the shipping company.
