C.B. Perkins Co. is a third generation family business. We don't just sell stringed instruments, we build, repair and customize them in our shop in San Jose, California. We also carry a great selection of accessories to enhance your playing experience. We are knowledgeable, and can answer all your guitar (and pedal, and pickup, and mandolin, and...) questions. We'd also love to help you with a custom order. Did you notice the phone number at the top of every page? We want to make it easy for you to talk to a real person if you need to.
We choose each of our product lines carefully, not just for the lowest price or the brand name, but for quality instruments and accessories. We try to find you the absolute best value for your money while still being competitive. We are also a warranty center for many of the lines we carry.
Our customer service doesn't end when we ship an instrument to you, or when you walk out the door of our shop. We will do our best to make you happy, whether you're in Sydney, Australia or right around the corner in Campbell, California!
